The Russians have continued to terrorise Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. They broken an infrastructure facility, premises belonging to an agricultural enterprise and infrastructure in a number of hromadas on the evening of 27-28 March. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Quote: "The aggressor attacked the Vasylkivka hromada within the Synelnykove district with drones. Harm to the premises belonging to an agricultural enterprise was recorded. An infrastructure facility was hit within the Petrykivka hromada within the Dnipro district because of a UAV assault."
Particulars: The Russians focused the Nikopol district with artillery, Grad multiple-launch rocket programs and kamikaze drones. The Nikopol, Marhanets and Pokrovske hromadas had been affected. Infrastructure was broken within the Nikopol district.
Lysak mentioned Air Command Skhid (East) had destroyed seven Russian drones in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
