Russian forces launched an assault on the border space of Sumy Oblast on Sunday 30 March throughout an evacuation of native residents, injuring a person.

SES medical personnel swiftly offered first help to the injured man. Rescue employees then transported him to security in a specifically armoured car and handed him over to an emergency medical group."
