    Russia launches 78 drones at Ukraine in a single day, affecting 4 of Ukraine’s oblasts

    Russia launched 78 assault UAVs and decoy drones of varied sorts at Ukraine on the evening of 3-4 April. Ukrainian air defence shot down 42 of them, whereas 22 drones failed to achieve their targets and disappeared from radar. In consequence, 4 oblasts of Ukraine had been affected by the assault.

    Particulars: Beginning at 21:30 on 3 April, the Russians launched 78 Shahed assault UAVs and varied kinds of decoy drones from the Russian cities of Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Kursk.

    As of 08:30 on 4 April, 42 Shahed drones and different kinds of assault UAVs had been confirmed to have been shot down in Ukraine’s north, east and centre.

    Twenty-two decoy drones disappeared from radar (with out opposed results).

    The Russian assault affected Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.
