On the Ukraine Defence Contact Group assembly (also referred to as the Ramstein format) on 11 April, Lithuania dedicated to offering €30 million for numerous types of army help to Kyiv.

Particulars: Šakalienė reported that €20 million of Lithuania’s contribution will go in the direction of the Czech initiative to buy artillery shells for Ukraine, along with the €13 million already allotted.
An extra €7 million might be used to help Ukraine’s defence towards drones – together with anti-drone rifles and short-range digital warfare tools.
The remaining funds might be channelled via the demining coalition led by Lithuania, which has pledged to coach and equip seven Ukrainian battalions throughout 2025.
Šakalienė said that the nation has already dedicated €110 million in army help to Ukraine for 2025, with the purpose of accelerating this determine to at the very least €200 million.
