Russians suspected of brutally executing Ukrainian POW – Ukrainian Human Rights Commissioner

    Published on

The Russian military has been suspected of executing a Ukrainian prisoner of conflict. A video of the person being tied to a bike and dragged alongside the street is being shared on social media.

Supply: Dmytro Lubinets, Ukrainian Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights

Quote from Lubinets: "Russia has dedicated one other conflict crime, blatantly violating Worldwide humanitarian regulation and the Geneva Conventions. Russians have most likely executed a Ukrainian prisoner. A video is spreading on social media displaying a person being tied to a bike and dragged alongside the street. That is deliberate cruelty and one other conflict crime dedicated by the Russian Federation. I’ve despatched official letters to the UN and the Worldwide Committee of the Pink Cross."

Particulars: Lubinets stated Russia is appearing as a terrorist state, and it should face justice for each crime.
