Loni Anderson, “WKRP in Cincinnati” star, dies at 79

WKRP in Cincinnati star Loni Anderson has died at age 79.

The actress died at midday on Sunday, August 3, in a Los Angeles hospital surrounded by household, her longtime publicist Cheryl J. Kagan confirmed to EW. Anderson would have turned 80 on August 5.

“We’re heartbroken to announce the passing of our expensive spouse, mom and grandmother," her household mentioned in a press release.

Anderson is survived by her husband Bob Flick, daughter Deidra and son-in-law Charlie Hoffman, son Quinton Anderson Reynolds, grandchildren McKenzie and Megan Hoffman, stepson Adam Flick and spouse Helene, and step-grandchildren Felix and Maximilian.
