A civilian has been shot lifeless by a Russian serviceman while strolling down the road carrying a suitcase, making an attempt to evacuate from a harmful space in Donetsk Oblast. Ukrainian prosecutors have launched an investigation into yet one more struggle crime dedicated by Russian forces.

Particulars: Prosecutors found a video on a Telegram channel displaying a civilian trying to evacuate from the village of Udachne in Donetsk Oblast’s Pokrovsk district. The person was strolling alongside the roadside, carrying a suitcase together with his few remaining private belongings.
A Russian soldier, hiding in a makeshift place inside a destroyed constructing, opened focused hearth with an automated weapon and killed the person in chilly blood.
The case has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations below Article 438.2 of the Legal Code of Ukraine – a struggle crime leading to loss of life.
Below the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor’s Workplace, investigators from the Safety Service of Ukraine (SSU) are conducting the pre-trial inquiry. Pressing investigative actions are underway to make clear the circumstances of the incident and establish the Russian army personnel concerned.
