Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov has posted a video that reveals explosions from Russian strikes on town on the morning of 18 August.

Quote: "The strike on the residential constructing was focused – 5 enemy Shaheds approached it from completely different instructions and particularly struck at individuals who had been sleeping peacefully at 5 within the morning. Pure terror. Terror that has neither rationalization nor justification."

Background:

• Early within the morning on 18 August, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with Geran-2 drones. 4 of the UAVs struck a five-storey constructing, inflicting structural destruction and fires.
• As of now, seven individuals are identified to have been killed within the assault, together with two kids. One other 20 folks had been injured.
