Russian troopers have intentionally killed a civilian in Donetsk Oblast. Ukrainian troopers documented the incident throughout aerial reconnaissance.

Particulars: On 28 August, in an unspecified settlement of the Pokrovsk district, Ukrainian forces recorded how a Russian soldier shot lifeless an aged man in his personal yard throughout aerial surveillance.
It was clearly seen that the person was wearing civilian garments and was unarmed.
