    Russia assaults railway in Sumy Oblast, home windows shattered in passenger carriages

    Russia has launched drone strikes on civilian infrastructure within the Sumy hromada on 18 October, damaging a passenger practice carriage. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]
