Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, Chair of NATO's Army Committee, has stated NATO will proceed to assist Ukraine till the events are prepared to take a seat down for peace negotiations.

Particulars: Cavo Dragone stated that NATO "will stand with Ukraine as much as the day by which we may have them sitting across the desk for a long-lasting peace".
He added that from an operational perspective, Russia's struggle towards Ukraine has reached a stalemate, so "it was nearly time to take a seat and discuss as a result of it's a waste of lives".
Cavo Dragone referred to as the struggle a strategic defeat for Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin, regardless of the latest sluggish advances of Russian forces on the battlefield.
"They won’t get a pleasant or puppet authorities [in Ukraine – ed.] like in Belarus. Putin is not going to succeed," the admiral stated.
Requested whether or not European nations are ready to proceed supporting Ukraine's defence, Cavo Dragone stated they’re, noting that Europe has acquired one thing of a wake-up name and is now taking better accountability for its personal safety.
Background: Earlier, NATO Secretary Normal Mark Rutte stated that Russia has but to point out any real willingness to have interaction in peace talks with Ukraine.
