“Holes” TV reboot lifeless at Disney+

The streaming platform is not shifting ahead with a TV collection reimagining Louis Sachar's 1998 YA novel and the 2003 Disney film adaptation that starred a younger Shia LaBeouf, Leisure Weekly has confirmed. Deadline Hollywood first reported the information.

As EW reported in January, Disney ordered a pilot for the challenge that put a gender-flipped spin on the story.
