Zelenskyy stripped athlete Bubka and swimmer Klochkova of state scholarships<p>President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stopped the cost of state scholarships to Serhiy Bubka and Yana Klochkova, based on decree No. 967 of December 17. Different Olympic champions and medalists have additionally been disadvantaged of scholarships.</p>
