Kremlin says Kyiv and European proposals don’t enhance possibilities of peace

Yuri Ushakov, an aide to Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin, has claimed that amendments proposed by Europe and Ukraine to the US draft "peace plan" hinder the prospects of reaching a long-term peace.
