Corey Feldman thought he was going to hitch horror royalty when Wes Craven known as him up for a job in 2005's Cursed.

"He's like, 'I'm an enormous fan of your work. I wish to offer you a job that you would be able to actually sink your tooth into. You've been far, you realize, type of ignored and underused on this enterprise, and I really need folks to acknowledge you for the expertise that you’re,'" Feldman mentioned on the misSPELLING podcast. "And he like gave me this complete spiel and I used to be like, 'Okay, yeah, let's do it.'"

However when the Stand By Me star bought the script for Cursed, he discovered that he had been duped. He wasn't a lot supplied a job as he was given an insulting cameo as himself.
