Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on a repeat invitation for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to carry talks with Russian ruler Vladimir Putin in Moscow, has reproached the Ukrainian chief for not responding to it in any method.
