The youngest son of the "Consider" singer was taken into custody in Harmony, N.H., on Friday, PEOPLE reported. Harmony police responded to a name from the prep faculty St. Paul's round 6 p.m. native time on Friday, in line with native ABC affiliate WMUR.

The outlet reported that police made contact with an undesirable male visitor, later recognized as Allman, who was inflicting a disturbance within the faculty's eating corridor.

He was charged with two counts of easy assault, felony trespass, felony threatening, and disorderly conduct.
