Kelsey Grammer is detailing the fallout of the homicide of his sister, Karen.

The Frasier star penned a e-book grappling along with his sibling's homicide in 1975 at age 19 in Colorado Springs, Colo. The e-book, titled Karen: A Brother Remembers, consists of recollections of how the actor responded to the tragedy on the time.

"I cursed myself with an excessive amount of consuming and drug abuse," Grammer displays. "And a few pretty unique sexual conduct. Began out being plenty of enjoyable after which the enjoyable ran out. It was my method of burying myself together with Karen, till the one choice was to cope with it and dwell my life. To mourn my sister with out destroying myself."

Karen Grammer died on July 1, 1975, after being kidnapped, repeatedly raped, and stabbed 42 instances. Freddie Glenn was convicted of murdering her and two others, Daniel Van Lone and Winfred Profitt, in 1976, and was sentenced to the loss of life penalty; nevertheless, because the Colorado Supreme Courtroom overturned the state's loss of life penalty in 1978, Glenn as a substitute remained in jail till his loss of life in 2019.

In his e-book, the Cheers actor tries to reckon with the horrific violence that his sister endured.

"Is it doable she didn’t undergo, figuring out, as I do, that she nonetheless fought for her life till the final of it?" he writes.
