    Nicholas Galitzine has the powerrrrrrrrr!

    After starring in a string of hits — together with Red, White & Royal Blue, Bottoms, Purple Hearts, and The Idea of You — the British actor is taking up his largest position but (effectively, when it comes to muscle tissues), enjoying the enduring He-Man within the upcoming Masters of the Universe.

    Directed by Travis Knight (Bumblebee, Kubo and the Two Strings), the Amazon MGM and Mattel Studios film, based mostly on the traditional Eighties toy model that spawned comedian books and a well-liked animated sequence, hits theaters on June 5.

    After Galitzine beforehand teased his transformation with a silhouetted on-set photograph, we now have our first official take a look at the flick with a brand new teaser trailer.

    In it, Galitzine stars as Prince Adam, son of King Randor and Queen Marlena, a former astronaut from Earth. All of them reside in Citadel Grayskull, which is guarded by the Sorceress, within the land of Eternia. However evil Skeletor desires to destroy Eternia and seize the highly effective Sword of Grayskull, which turns Adam into He-Man. Becoming a member of him in his quest to guard Eternia are Duncan/Man-At-Arms; Duncan's adoptive daughter, Teela; Duncan's brother Malcolm/Fisto; Roboto; and Ram-Man.

    Becoming a member of forces with Skeletor are Evil-Lyn, Entice Jaw, and Tri-Klops.

    Masters of the Universe encompasses a star-studded forged that features Camila Mendes as Teela, Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, James Purefoy as King Randor, Charlotte Riley as Queen Marlena, Morena Baccarin because the Sorceress, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson as Fisto, Kristen Wiig because the voice of Roboto, Jon Xue Zhang as Ram-Man, Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops, Sam C.
