The ultimate season of Stranger Issues goes again to the start.

Netflix dropped the primary 5 minutes of the horror, sci-fi sequence' fifth and last season Thursday, and it provides viewers an up-close take a look at what occurred to Will Byers, whose disappearance kicked all the things off.

The date is Nov. 12, 1983, simply six days after he went lacking.

Preteen Will (Noah Schnapp) is singing The Conflict's "Ought to I Keep or Ought to I Go" to calm himself —though it doesn't appear to be working — whereas shivering within the Upside Down. He's much more terrified as a Demogorgon storms in.

Co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer told Entertainment Weekly final week that the ultimate episodes of Stranger Issues will fulfill keen followers.

Ross teased that viewers would "begin to study extra about what occurred and what the connection is to all of this and Vecna."

And Matt stated particular questions that may be addressed.

"A lot of the season was constructed across the concept of coming full circle, answering lots of the questions that had been posed all the way in which again in season 1,” Matt stated. "I feel the 2 greatest questions that we didn't actually reply in season 1 that we do reply this season is: 'What’s the Upside Down, actually?' and 'Why was Will taken?'"

Matt added, "As a result of the story actually started with Will and his disappearance, it felt, with a view to go full circle, it wanted to actually finish with him in so some ways. Within the final couple seasons, we hadn't actually centered a lot of the present on Will. So there was a lot to discover with him from a personality perspective and plot perspective."

The primary 4 new episodes of Stranger Issues can be accessible Nov. 26 at 5 p.m. PT on Netflix, with three extra to observe Dec. 25 and the finale on Dec. 31.
