NOTTINGHAM, England (AP) Nottingham Forest stated on Friday it has signed Brazilian middle again Jair Cunha from Botafogo.
Cunha is the second participant from Botafogo to affix the membership after Brazil striker Igor Jesus, one of many stars of the continued Membership World Cup, signed for Nottingham on Saturday.
The Premier League membership stated the 20-year-old defender was given a five-year contract. Monetary particulars weren’t given.
Cunha and Jesus reached the spherical of 16 with Botafogo on the event in the USA. Cunha scored one purpose, whereas Jesus cored twice for Botafogo, together with the decider towards Paris Saint-Germain.
