According to the Downdetector portal, as of 3:50 a.m. Kyiv time, more than 18,000 users have reported problems with the service over the past day.

The majority of users – 88% – complain about problems with the service itself, another 10% report problems accessing the web version, and 2% report being unable to log in to their accounts.

In addition to the United States, similar disruptions have been observed in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada.
