As civilians: Biden and Harris have left Capitol Hill
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have formally resigned their positions following the inauguration of the forty seventh President of the USA, Donald Trump. After a clumsy handshake with Harris' husband, Biden left Capitol Hill in a Marine helicopter.
