Blackout happens in Georgia for the second time in a month
A big-scale energy outage occurred in Tbilisi and areas of Georgia as a consequence of an accident on the "Kavkasioni" energy line. Electrical energy provide is progressively being restored, however the incident affected the Tbilisi metro and the power system of Abkhazia.
