The town of Chernihiv has been left fully with out electrical energy following Russian strikes on vitality infrastructure.

Quote: "Chernihiv has been left with out electrical energy after strikes by the Russian Federation on vitality infrastructure (services within the oblast). All vital and social infrastructure services are switching to different energy sources."
Particulars: Ukrzaliznytsia reported that a number of trains have been delayed in Chernihiv Oblast on account of an absence of energy within the overhead contact community.
