Quote from Gusev: "On the preliminary stage, firefighting was difficult by the specter of repeated assaults on the power. At present, strengthened hearth crews are combating the fireplace at a number of tanks, dozens of autos and two hearth trains. Extra forces have been despatched from two neighbouring oblasts."
