Finland is not going to open the border with Russia: protection minister explains the explanations
Finnish Protection Minister Antti Häkkinen mentioned that opening the border with Russia is at present unrealistic on account of safety threats. He emphasised that belief has been misplaced on account of Russia's aggression towards Ukraine and ultimatums to Europe.
