Heads of Ukrainian and Russian delegations reportedly held one-on-one assembly earlier than talks

Vladimir Medinsky, the pinnacle of the Russian delegation on the negotiations in Istanbul, and Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umierov held a bilateral assembly forward of the talks.
