Kremlin says Serbia has offered “humanitarian assist” to Russia’s Kursk Oblast

The Russian Overseas Ministry has introduced that Serbia has offered "monetary humanitarian assist value RUB 472 million (approx. US$5.8 million)" to Kursk Oblast.
