Lithuanian Minister of Defence Dovilė Šakalienė has introduced that Lithuanian army volunteer Tomas Valentėlis, who was killed in motion whereas serving within the Worldwide Legion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, will likely be posthumously awarded one of many nation’s highest army decorations.
