M23 militants violate ceasefire and seize Nyabibwe city in DR Congo

M23 militants and Rwandan troops have resumed their offensive in jap DR Congo, regardless of the introduced ceasefire. The town of Nyabibwe, 96 kilometers from the capital of South Kivu province, was captured.
