New Ukrainian Ambassador to China: what is understood about Oleksandr Nechytailo
The President of Ukraine has appointed Oleksandr Nechytailo, former Ambassador to Malaysia, as Ambassador to China. He has in depth expertise within the Ministry of International Affairs and speaks Chinese language.
