The electrical energy provide has been restored in all Ukrainian oblasts following an influence grid breakdown on the morning of 31 January.

Quote: "Energy engineers have restored the electrical energy provide in all Ukrainian oblasts after the system breakdown that occurred this morning.

All oblasts are returning to rolling energy outages, and high-voltage traces and substations are working as typical. Energy engineers labored as shortly as doable."

Particulars: Shmyhal famous that two breakdowns had occurred on high-voltage traces within the morning, simply minutes aside, triggering cascading outages throughout seven oblasts.
