Russia strikes thermal energy plant in Donetsk Oblast, killing two individuals

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reported that Russian forces attacked the Sloviansk Thermal Energy Plant (TPP) on the night of 30 October, killing two individuals.

Quote: "Only a few hours in the past, there was a strike on the Sloviansk TPP – a strike by Russian bombs. Sadly, two individuals have been killed. My condolences. Individuals have been injured.

That is pure terror. Regular individuals don’t struggle like this, and the world should reply appropriately to such Russian warfare."

Particulars: Zelenskyy additionally acknowledged that Ukraine has reached agreements with Norway on power: "This contains assist for our fuel purchases. We’ve got agreements with Germany, Italy and the Netherlands and we’re working with them on tools for electrical energy technology."
