Russian forces have launched a ballistic missile assault on Chernihiv, with explosions reported on the outskirts of the town.

Particulars: Bryzhynskyi reported that the primary explosion was attributable to a missile hitting the outskirts of the town.
Later, Bryzhynskyi wrote that the outskirts of Chernihiv had been hit by a bunch missile strike.
The Ukrainian Air Pressure issued a warning a couple of ballistic missile assault on Chernihiv.
Three explosions have been reported by Suspilne.
