António Costa, President of the European Council, has condemned Russia's large-scale missile assault on Ukraine's power system and civilian infrastructure.

Particulars: Costa mentioned such systematic and deliberate strikes on civilians are unacceptable and assaults on power infrastructure are a cynical try and terrorise the Ukrainian individuals.
Costa mentioned the EU stands firmly with Ukraine. The EU, along with different worldwide companions, will proceed supporting the restore, reconstruction and safety of Ukraine's power system.
