The Swedish authorities has determined to allocate SEK 1.5 billion (about €130 million) for brand spanking new navy capabilities for Ukraine, notably barrels for Archer self-propelled artillery techniques.

Quote: "The federal government has made the choice to allocate SEK 1.5 billion from assist package deal 18 & 19 in the direction of new navy skills for Ukraine. It consists of over 10 new Archer artillery barrels, long-range strike and underwater capabilities, in addition to extra logistical assist."
