Switzerland guarantees Russian International Minister Lavrov unhindered journey to OSCE ministerial assembly

Ignazio Cassis, Chairman-in-Workplace of the Organisation for Safety and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and Swiss International Minister, has stated after visiting Moscow that his nation has assured Russian International Minister Sergei Lavrov an unhindered go to to Lugano to take part within the OSCE ministerial assembly.
