The Lithuanian Armed Forces reported that two Russian plane from Kaliningrad Oblast violated the nation's airspace on Thursday 23 October.

Particulars: The incident occurred at round 18:00, when Lithuania's Air Drive recorded a breach of the state border close to town of Kybartai.
