Two Ukrainian service members have been rescued by troopers from the Skelia unit, Ukraine's 425th Separate Assault Regiment, after a 12 months encircled by Russian forces in Donetsk Oblast.

Brothers-in-arms from the thirtieth Brigade spent three hundred and sixty five days defending their positions on the Kramatorsk entrance with out retreating or shedding their positions. Because the scenario on the entrance shifted, they have been successfully encircled.
Reconnaissance models from the Skelia regiment moved via enemy rear areas, reached the troopers and pulled them out of the entice. The evacuation lasted three days and ended efficiently."
Particulars: In a video launched by Skelia, the troopers stated that they had taken up their positions final 12 months, one in March and the opposite in November.
They have been defending positions alongside a highway close to Sloviansk.
One serviceman stated they spent most of their time underground, digging deeper to keep away from Russian heavy artillery.
