Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Oleh Luhovskyi, First Deputy Head of the Overseas Intelligence Service of Ukraine, as appearing head of the Overseas Intelligence Service.

Quote: "The primary deputy head of the Overseas Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Oleh Vasyliovych Luhovskyi, shall quickly carry out the duties of the top of the Overseas Intelligence Service of Ukraine."
Background: On 2 January, Zelenskyy dismissed Oleh Ivashchenko from the submit of head of the Overseas Intelligence Service and appointed him head of Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
