President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine to the fallen F-16 pilot Pavlo Ivanov.

Quote: "For private braveness and heroism within the defence of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless service to the Ukrainian folks, I hereby decree:
To award the title of Hero of Ukraine with the Order of the Golden Star to Pavlo Ivanov, Main (posthumously)."
Background:
- On Saturday, 12 April, 26-year-old pilot Pavlo Ivanov was killed whereas flying an F-16 fight mission.
- Zelenskyy famous that he had heard studies from the army on this fight state of affairs, and all of the circumstances of the incident had been being investigated.
