Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed decrees on the applying of three new packages of sanctions by Ukraine, particularly in opposition to propagandists, people who conduct enterprise within the occupied territories and people who destabilise Moldova within the pursuits of Moscow.
