Particulars: Zelenskyy mentioned he and Nationwide Safety and Defence Council Secretary Rustem Umierov had mentioned preparations for a prisoner change and the subsequent assembly in Türkiye with the Russian aspect.

"Umierov reported that the assembly is deliberate for Wednesday [23 July]. There will probably be extra particulars tomorrow," Zelenskyy added.

• Ukrainian, Turkish and Russian media retailers have reported, citing sources, that the third spherical of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul may happen this week.
• Ukraine had beforehand introduced the agenda for the subsequent assembly: the return of prisoners of warfare, the return of youngsters kidnapped by Russia, and preparations for a leader-level assembly.
