Massive-scale fires in Los Angeles: 16 lifeless, forecasters warn of stronger winds

4 main wildfires have engulfed Los Angeles and the encircling space, killing 16 individuals. Firefighters are battling the fires within the face of excessive winds, and police have detained seven looters, two of whom have been posing as firefighters.
