4 killed, 20 injured in Russian missile strike on Izium in Kharkiv Oblast

A Russian missile assault towards the city of Izium in Kharkiv Oblast on Feb. 4 killed not less than 4 folks and injured 20, Governor Oleh Syniehubov reported.
