North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has recently ordered the mass production of kamikaze drones as their so-called strategic partnership with Russia develops.

Details: Kim Jong Un reportedly stressed the need to build a mass production system as soon as possible and move to full-scale mass production of drones.

NATO obtained information that Russia is sending missile technology to North Korea in exchange for military assistance.

Background:

• Prior to that, Russian ruler Vladimir Putin signed a law ratifying the treaty on a comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and the DPRK. North Korea also ratified the treaty.
• According to the latest data from South Korea's intelligence service, members of the North Korean military previously sent to Russia are in Russia’s Kursk Oblast and already engaged in combat operations against Ukraine.
