USAID contractors demand that the Trump administration be held in contempt of courtroom for freezing funding

A coalition of USAID contractors has filed a lawsuit over the failure to adjust to the choice to carry the funding freeze. The Trump administration continues to dam funds on 1000’s of grants regardless of a courtroom injunction.
