German President: Russia has not gained legitimacy for its actions, regardless of makes an attempt at dialogue with the US
The German president mentioned that Russia is not going to acquire legitimacy for its actions by means of a dialogue with the US. He emphasised the significance of supporting Ukraine and the impossibility of negotiations with out its participation.
