Zelenskyy mentioned with Costa the rearmament of Europe and Ukraine's integration into the EU

Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a dialog with António Costa about Ukraine's participation within the ReArm Europe initiative and accelerating integration into the EU. In addition they mentioned unblocking negotiation clusters.
